Kathryn Anne Presser occupies the position of Co-Secretary at Impress Energy Ltd. Ms. Presser is also on the board of Police Credit Union Ltd. (Australia), Mawson Petroleum Pty Ltd., Amaero International Ltd. and Kp Advisory Pty Ltd. and Member of The Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia.

She previously occupied the position of Chief Financial Officer at Beach Energy Ltd.

Ms. Presser received an undergraduate degree from the University of South Australia and an MBA from the University of Adelaide.
