Currently, Kelly Rentzel is Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel of First Foundation, Inc. and Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel for First Foundation Bank (a subsidiary of First Foundation, Inc.). Mr. Rentzel is also on the board of Dallas Bar Association.

In his past career Kelly Rentzel held the position of Litigator at Baker Botts LLP, Attorney at United States District Court Northern District of Texas and Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel for Texas Capital Bank NA.

Mr. Rentzel received an undergraduate degree from Rice University and a graduate degree from Southern Methodist University.
