Khemchai Chutiwongse

Khemchai Chutiwongse is currently the Chairman of the National Reform Commission On State Administration.
He is also an Independent Director at Thai Beverage Public Co., Ltd.
In addition, he holds director positions at Srinakharinwirot University, Chulalongkorn University Council, and the Office of The Council of State.
Mr. Chutiwongse previously served as the Chairman of the National Reform Commission at the Office of The National Economic & Social Development Council from 2020 to 2022.
He was also a Director at The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand from 2014 to 2016 and at Sukhumvit Asset Management Co., Ltd.
from 2000 to 2016.
Additionally, he held positions as an Independent Director and Director at MCOT Public Co., Ltd.
from 2011 to 2013 and 2011 to 2015 respectively.
He served as a Director at the Export-Import Bank of Thailand from 2001 to 2015 and at Internet Thailand PCL from 1997 to 2001.
Mr. Chutiwongse was the Attorney General at the Office of The Attorney General from 2017 to 2019 and a Member of the Thai Bar Association from 2008 to 2019.
He also served as a Member of the National Reform Council from 2014 to 2015 and the National Reform Steering Assembly from 2015 to 2017.
Mr. Chutiwongse holds a graduate degree from Harvard University.
