Dr. Kristin Magnusson Bernard is a Chief Executive Officer at Första AP-fonden.

She joined the firm on September 1, 2020.

She is on the Board of Directors at Vasakronan AB. Dr. Magnusson Bernard has been active in the financial industry since 2009.

Previously she was employed as a Country Senior Executive & Head of Macroeconomic Research in Nordea Markets in Sweden, which she joined in 2016 and has had several leading positions within the Markets and Investment Banking divisions of the bank. Prior to that, she held senior positions at the European Central Bank (ECB) in Frankfurt as well as at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington D.C.

Dr. Magnusson Bernard has a PhD in Macroeconomics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
