Kwok Keung Yuen

Kwok Keung Yuen is currently the Co-Chairman of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and an Independent Non-Executive Director at China Shenhua Energy Co., Ltd.
He previously served as the Chairman of Hong Kong Bar Association, Hong Kong Mediation & Arbitration Centre Ltd., and Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority.
He was also a Member of Judicial Officers Recommendation Commission and Secretary of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Dr. Yuen holds a graduate degree from the University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong, and doctorate degrees from City University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Shue Yan University.
