Presently, Kyohei Hosono occupies the position of Co-Chief Operating Officer, Director & VP at Dream Incubator, Inc. and Representative Director & COO at Dream Incubator, Inc. (Venture Capital) (a subsidiary of Dream Incubator, Inc.). Mr. Hosono is also on the board of Dong Tam Nutrition JSC, Work Style Lab, Inc. and PEACS, Inc. and Representative Director & COO at Dream Incubator, Inc. (Venture Capital).

In the past Kyohei Hosono occupied the position of Chairman of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument JSC and Country Manager at Japan Bank for International Cooperation.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Tokyo and a graduate degree from the University of Michigan.
