Laurent Goutard is on the board of Société Générale de Banques au Cameroun (SGBC), Union Internationale de Banques and Société Générale Factoring SA and Director-French Network & Retail Banking at Société Générale SA.

In the past Mr. Goutard held the position of Chairman of Sophia-Bail and Director-Corporate Banking Division at Société Générale SA Chairman for Genefim SA and Chairman at Société Générale Marocaine de Banque SA (both are subsidiaries of Société Générale SA).

He received a graduate degree from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL and an undergraduate degree from Sciences Po.
