Mr. Lee is also Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Hong Kong) and on the board of 5 other companies.

Mr. Lee previously occupied the position of Chief Financial Officer & Secretary at China Yuanbang Property Holdings Ltd., Chief Financial Officer & Secretary for China 33 Media Group Ltd., Chief Financial Officer & Secretary for Flying Financial Service Holdings Ltd., Audit Assistant at Victor W.N. Mr. Lee received an undergraduate degree from Lingnan University of Hong Kong and an MBA from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
