She is also on the board of ERG SpA, La Doria SpA, Cordusio SIM SpA and Eight International Group Ltd. and Managing Partner at New Deal Advisors SpA.

In her past career Ms. Caverni was Chairman for Italcanditi SpA, Independent Non-Executive Director at SNAITECH SpA, Chairman for TivuItalia SpA and Head-Private Equity at PricewaterhouseCoopers SpA.

Ms. Caverni received an undergraduate degree from the University of Bocconi.
