Marilyn Schonberner is on the board of New Gold, Inc. and Wheaton Precious Metals Corp.

In her past career Ms. Schonberner occupied the position of CFO, Director & Senior Vice President at CNOOC Petroleum North America ULC.

She received an undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of Calgary.
