Mark A. Trachuk is Chairman for Michael Garron Hospital.

He is also on the board of Almonty Industries, Inc. and Playmaker Capital, Inc. and Member of Ontario Bar Association, Member of British Columbia Bar Association and Member of Bar of England & Wales.

Mr. Trachuk previously held the position of Senior Partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and Secretary & General Counsel for Entertainment One Ltd.

He received an undergraduate degree from Carleton University, a graduate degree from the University of Ottawa and a graduate degree from London School of Economics & Political Science.
