Mr. Matthew Goetz is a Senior VP-Investments & Asset Management at NexPoint Real Estate Finance, Inc. and a Director of Real Estate at NexPoint Residential Trust, Inc.

Previously, he was a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Highland Capital Management, L.P. Prior to joining Highland in June 2014, he was a Senior Analyst with CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance group. Mr. Goetz has underwritten over $7 billion and more than 30 million square feet of multifamily, office, and retail commercial real estate.

Mr. Goetz graduated from St. Edward’s University with a BBA in Finance.
