Mr. Cadigan is also on the board of International Association of Drilling Contractors and SOI Industry Consortium, Inc. and Member of National Safety Council and Member of Prospector Offshore Drilling LLC.

In his past career Mr. Cadigan occupied the position of Vice President-Health, Safety & Environment at Premium Drilling, Inc. and Director-Risk Management at Noble Holding Corp. Plc.
