Currently, Michael J. Herling occupies the position of Secretary of Interlake Holding Co.

He is also on the board of The Brink's Co. (former Non-Executive Chairman) and Brink's, Inc. and Chairman of Colgate University and Founding Partner of Finn Dixon & Herling LLP.

In the past Mr. Herling held the position of Member-Management Committee at Dynavox Systems Holdings LLC.

He received a graduate degree from Stanford University and an undergraduate degree from Colgate University.
