Mr. McGuinty previously held the position of Secretary, Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Valaris Ltd. Secretary, Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Valaris Plc and Secretary of Rowan Cos. Ltd. (both are subsidiaries of Valaris Ltd.) and Secretary & General Counsel for Abu Dhabi National Energy Co. PJSC.

He received a graduate degree from McGill University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa.
