(a subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co. Ltd.), President at Piraeus Port Authority SA, President & Director at China COSCO Shipping Corp. Ltd., President of COSCO Americas, Inc. and Executive Vice President of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Wan received an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an undergraduate degree from Shanghai Maritime University.
