He is also on the board of Li Bao Ge Group Ltd. and Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In his past career Mr. Chan held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Ming Lam Holdings Ltd., Secretary & Financial Controller of KuangChi Science Ltd., Secretary of Fullsun International Holdings Group Co., Ltd. and Secretary, Executive Director & Compliance Officer at Evershine Group Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Chan received an undergraduate degree from The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
