Mohammed Omair Aedh Al-Otaibi is on the board of Saudi Reinsurance Co. and Saudi Chemical Co.

In the past he occupied the position of Chairman at National Gas & Industrialization Co. and Deputy Chief Executive Officer-Finance at The National Shipping Co. of Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Al-Otaibi received an MBA from Western Michigan University and an undergraduate degree from Al Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
