Currently, Nancy Jill Laben holds the position of Chief Legal Officer & Executive Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corp. and Chief Legal Officer of Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. (a subsidiary of Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corp.). Ms. Laben is also on the board of Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts and Booz Allen Foundation and Member of New York State Bar Association and Member of Illinois State Bar Association.

In the past Nancy Jill Laben held the position of Member-Law Department at International Business Machines Corp., Deputy General Counsel at Accenture Plc and Senior Vice President-Legal & General Counsel at AECOM.

She received an undergraduate degree from Smith College and a graduate degree from Columbia Law School.
