Mr. Nasser Jaralla Saeed Al-Marri is a Chairman at Al Rayan Investment Co., a Chairman-Financial Affairs Authority at Qatar Ministry of Defense and an Independent Non-Executive Director at Masraf Al-Rayan QSC.

He is on the Board of Directors at Vodafone Qatar QSC, Qatar Foundation, United Development Co. and Masraf Al-Rayan QSC. Mr. Al-Marri was previously employed as a Chief Financial Officer by Marafeq Qatar, a Director-Business Development by Ministry of Economy & Commerce (Qatar), a Director-Financial & Administrative Affairs by National Human Rights Committee, an Internal Auditor by Qatar National Bank QPSC, a Vice Chairman by Qatar Steel International Co., a Chief Financial Officer by Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Co., and an Auditor by State Audit Bureau.

He also served on the board at Qatar Mining Co.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Qatar and a graduate degree from The University of Southampton.
