She is also on the board of FTI Consulting, Inc.

She previously was Principal at International Paper Co., Principal at Johnson & Johnson, Senior Vice President & General Counsel of Lincoln Financial Group, Inc. (Indiana) and Vice President-Corporate & Securities at MCI, Inc.

Ms. Jones received an undergraduate degree from Fordham University and a graduate degree from New York University.
