She is also Member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Member of Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

In the past she held the position of Senior Manager at KPMG LLP (Virginia), Chief Financial Officer for Gladstone Investment Corp., Chief Financial Officer for Gladstone Investment Corp. and Senior Manager at National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corp.

She received an undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
