He is also Member of Israel Bar Association.

In the past he held the position of Director-Investigations & Intelligence at Israel Securities Authority.

He received a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from Tel-Aviv University and a graduate degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
