Ömer Özgür Tort holds the position of Chairman at Sanal Merkez Ticaret AS and Chief Executive Officer & Director at Migros Ticaret AS, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Kipa Ticaret AS (a subsidiary of Migros Ticaret AS). Mr. Tort is also on the board of Alisveris Merkezleri ve Perakendeciler Dernegi, The Consumer Goods Forum (former Co-Chairman) and GS1 AISBL.

He received a graduate degree from Missouri University of Science & Technology and an undergraduate degree from Istanbul Technical University.
