Paul Raymond Baay is the founder of Touchstone Exploration, Inc. (founded in 2010) where he currently holds the title of President, Chief Executive Officer & Director.
He is also currently working as the President & Chief Executive Officer at Touchstone Energy, Inc. since 2009.
