Paul J. Stoyan holds the position of Chairman & Managing Partner at Gardiner Roberts LLP and Chairman for Axis Auto Finance, Inc.

He is also on the board of Enghouse Systems Ltd., Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario and ECN Capital Corp.

In the past Mr. Stoyan held the position of Chairman-Business Law Section at Ontario Bar Association.

Mr. Stoyan received a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto.
