Pay Chuan Lim occupies the position of Group Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director at Pestech International Bhd. Mr. Lim is also on the board of Gold Mountain Ltd., SystemCorp Embedded Technology Pty Ltd. and Fornix Capital Sdn. Bhd. and Member of Board of Engineers Malaysia, Member of The Institution of Engineers Malaysia, Member of Project Management Institute and Member of ASEAN Engineering Register.

In his past career he held the position of Assistant General Manager & Project Manager at Toshiba Transmission & Distribution Systems Asia Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Lim received an undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and a graduate degree from Cornell University.
