Pietro Fratta holds the position of Chairman of Autostrade Meridionali SpA.

He is also on the board of Società Italiana per Il Traforo del Monte Bianco SpA.

In the past he was General Counsel of Atlantia SpA and Head-Legal Affairs at Autostrade per l'Italia SpA (a subsidiary of Atlantia SpA).

He received a graduate degree from the University of Milan.
