Presently, Ralph E. Lean occupies the position of Chairman of The Right to Play Foundation and Counsel at Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP.

He is also on the board of B'nai Brith Canada, Score Media & Gaming, Inc., The Justin Eves Foundation and Hampton Financial Corp. and Member of The Law Society of Upper Canada.

Mr. Lean previously occupied the position of Chairman of Mopals.com, Inc., Chairman of The Board of Governors of Exhibition Place, Partner at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, Counsel at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP and Counsel at Heenan Blaikie LLP.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario and a graduate degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
