Robert D. Cozzone is Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President for Independent Bank Corp. (Massachusetts). Mr. Cozzone is also on the board of Meridian Bancorp, Inc., The Massachusetts Business Roundtable and Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra.

Mr. Cozzone previously was Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer for Rockland Trust Co.

He received an undergraduate degree from Bridgewater State College and a graduate degree from Boston College.
