He is also on the board of Paramount Resources Ltd., ETX Systems, Inc., Prairie Storm Energy Corp. and Prairie Storm Resources Corp. and Director-Vershuren Centre at University College of Cape Breton, Member of Society of Petroleum Engineers, Inc., Member of Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers and Member of Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of AB.

Roderick Keith MacLeod previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer & Director at Sproule Associates Ltd.

He received an undergraduate degree from Montana Tech of the University of Montana.
