Currently, Roshnee Bardien occupies the position of Executive Vice President-People at Gold Fields Ltd. Ms. Bardien is also on the board of Gold Fields Operations Ltd., Riversdale Anthracite Colliery Pty Ltd. and GFI Joint Venture Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

Ms. Bardien previously held the position of Head-Group Human Resources at London Mining Plc, GM-Human Resources & Transformation at ArcelorMittal South Africa Ltd. and Director-Human Resources for Royalsechaba Holdings Pty Ltd.

Ms. Bardien received an undergraduate degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
