Stephen Mark Dale Webster is Chief Financial Officer of Luxfer Holdings Plc. Mr. Webster is also on the board of Luxfer Group 2000 Ltd., Magnesium Elektron Ltd., Luxfer Overseas Holdings Ltd. and Luxfer Group Ltd.

He previously held the position of Controller at Luxfer, Inc., Director-Financial Accounting at JT International Business Services Ltd. and Head-Global Accounting at Archer (UK) Ltd.

Mr. Webster received an undergraduate degree from the University of Bath.
