Stephen S. Poloz is on the board of Enbridge, Inc. and CGI, Inc.

In the past Dr. Poloz held the position of Director at The Bank for International Settlements, Chairman of The Bank of Canada, President & Chief Executive Officer at Export Development Canada, President & Chief Executive Officer for Export Development Canada (Venture Capital) and Chairman of Community Foundation of Ottawa.

He received a doctorate and a graduate degree from the University of Western Ontario and an undergraduate degree from Queen's University.
