He is also Member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Finance Controller at Shanaya Environmental Services Pte Ltd.

In his past career he held the position of Finance Manager at Acma Ltd., Finance Manager at MTQ Corp. Ltd., Chief Financial Officer for CPH Ltd. and Co-CFO & Group Financial Controller at Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd.

Mr. Loy received an undergraduate degree from Nanyang Technological University.
