Tanvir Sheikh

Tanvir Ahmad Sheikh is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Maqbool Textile Mills Ltd., Chairman at Mehmooda Maqbool Mills Ltd., Chairman at Shah Shamas Cotton Industries (Pvt) Ltd., Chairman at Maqbool Tanvir (Pvt) Ltd., Director at the Privatization Commission of the Government of Pakistan, Member of the Pakistan Industrial Development Corp.
Ltd., Member of the All Pakistan Textile Mills Association, Member of the Privatisation Commission, Trustee at Fatimid Foundation, Member of the Multan Education Trust, and Member of the Business Persons Council.
Previously, Mr. Sheikh served as the Chief Executive Officer, MD, and Executive Director at Allawasaya Textile & Finishing Mills Ltd.
from 2012 to 2022.
He was also the Chief Executive Officer of Multan Flying Club, Chairman of Multan Electric Power Co. Ltd.
from 2004 to 2014, Chairman of Multan Cotton Association, President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry in 2001 and 2002, President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry in 2007 and 2008, President of the Multan Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Vice President of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture, and Member of the Multan Dry Port Trust from 2009 to 2010.
Mr. Sheikh holds an MBA from The Ohio University, which he obtained in 1980.
