from 1995 to 1997.
He was also the Managing Director at Perpetual Assurance Co. Ltd.
Furthermore, he served as the Head-Marine Unit at NFI Insurance Plc from 1989 to 1991 and as the Head-Abuja Branch at Everyman Insurance Brokers & Consultants from 1987 to 1989.
Mr. Smart's education includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Lagos in 1987 and an MBA from the University of Nigeria in 2000.
