Presently, Victor Litlhakanyane holds the position of Chairman for Life Healthcare Group Holdings Ltd. Dr. Litlhakanyane is also on the board of Bigen Africa Ltd. and Bigen Africa Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd. and Council Member at The University of The Free State.

He previously held the position of Executive Director at Netcare Ltd.

Dr. Litlhakanyane received a graduate degree and an MBA from the University of the Free State and an undergraduate degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
