Watt Stephens founded Halcyon Thruput LLC and OZ Capital LLC. Presently, he occupies the position of Vice President-Corporate Development of Generation Hemp, Inc.

In his past career Mr. Stephens held the position of Managing Partner at OZ Capital LLC.

Mr. Stephens received an MBA from SMU-Cox School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University.
