Presently, Wayne Drier occupies the position of Chief Financial Officer for Ero Copper Corp. Mr. Drier is also on the board of Plateau Energy Metals, Inc.

In the past Mr. Drier occupied the position of Director & Vice President-Commercial at BHP Group Ltd., Head-Business Development at Galiano Gold, Inc., Director at Mantra Resources Pty Ltd. and Vice President-Strategy & Development at Coalspur Mines Pty Ltd.

Wayne Drier received an undergraduate degree from the University of Cape Town.
