Wei Jen Lo is Senior Vice President-Research & Development at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Dr. Lo received an undergraduate degree from National Taiwan University and a doctorate and a graduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
