Presently, William Keller Kissam occupies the position of President for Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc.

He is also on the board of Wilson Hall and The Citadel Brigadier Foundation and President & Director at Southeastern Electric Exchange, President at South Carolina Independent School Association, Senior Vice President at SCANA Corp., Member of The Citadel Athletic Hall of Fame and Member of Former Regimental Commander's Association.

He previously was President & Chief Operating Officer for Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc. and Vice President of South Carolina Pipeline Corp.

Mr. Kissam received an undergraduate degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.
