Yan Xu

Yan Xu is currently the Director at the International Telecommunications Society.
Additionally, Dr. Xu holds the position of Independent Non-Executive Director at China Display Optoelectronics Technology Holdings Ltd., Akeso, Inc., and The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, where they are an Associate Professor in the Information Systems Department.
Previously, Dr. Xu served as the President of The Communications Association of Hong Kong.
Dr. Xu's education includes a graduate degree from Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications in 1987, an undergraduate degree from Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications in 1984, and a doctorate degree from the University of Strathclyde in 1997.
