David Loven Neuhauser founded Livermore Partners LLC and Loren Holdings, Inc. Presently, Mr. Neuhauser holds the position of Chairman at Kolibri Global Energy, Inc. and Managing Director at Livermore Partners LLC.

He is also on the board of Amaroq Minerals Ltd., Jadestone Energy Plc and Shareholders Gold Council and Member of Chicago Board of Trade.

In his past career he held the position of President of Loren Holdings, Inc., Member of CME Group, Inc. and Member of National Futures Association.

He received an undergraduate degree from Northeastern University, a graduate degree from Roosevelt University and an undergraduate degree from Northeastern Illinois University.
