Florence, April 28th 2021 - El.En. S.p.A., leader on the laser market and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that the tombstone pertaining the resolutions of the shareholders' meeting has today been published on newspaper "ITALIA OGGI".
El.En., an Italian company, is the parent of a high-.tech industrial group operating in the optoelectronics sector. RELAZIONE FINANZIARIA ANNUALE AL 31 DICEMBRE 2020
Si comunica che l'Assemblea degli Azionisti ha approvato in data 27 Aprile 2021 il bilancio d'esercizio al 31 dicembre 2020. La Relazione finanziaria annuale e la Dichiarazione consolidata non finanziaria al 31 dicembre 2020, unitamente alla documentazione prevista dalla normativa vigente, è disponibile presso la sede legale della Società, presso Borsa Italiana s.p.a., pubblicata sul sito internet www.elengroup.come presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato www.emarketstorage.com. Il verbale dell'Assemblea sarà messo a disposizione del pubblico con le medesime modalità entro i termini di legge.
PAGAMENTO DIVIDENDO
Si avvisano i Signori Azionisti che, in esecuzione di quanto deliberato dall'Assemblea del 27 aprile 2021, il dividendo relativo all'esercizio 2020, pari a 0.40 euro al lordo delle ritenute di legge per azione in circolazione, verrà messo i pagamento, tramite gli intermediari aderenti al sistema di gestione accentrata presso la Monte Titoli S.p.A., 26 dal maggio 2021, contro lo stacco della cedola n. 4 il 24 maggio 2021 e tenendo conto quanto alla legittimazione al pagamento, delle evidenze dei conti relative alla data del 25 maggio 2021.
L'Assemblea ha anche deliberato
la approvazione della Relazione sulla remunerazione anche incentivante ex art. 123-ter T.U.F.; la nomina del Consiglio di Amministrazione e del Presidente, previa determinazione del numero dei componenti e della durata della carica nonché la determinazione del compenso; l'autorizzazione all'acquisto e alla disposizione di azioni proprie ai sensi degli artt. 2357 e 2357-ter del codice civile, dell'art.132 del DL n.58 e dell'art.144-bis del Regolamento Consob.
