Deutsche Lufthansa AG è una compagnia aerea con sede in Germania, che fornisce servizi di trasporto aereo passeggeri e cargo in tutto il mondo. I segmenti dell'azienda comprendono le linee aeree passeggeri, la logistica, la manutenzione e il catering. Il segmento Passenger Airlines comprende Lufthansa Airlines, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines ed Eurowings. Il segmento Logistica comprende il gruppo Jettainer, specialista nella gestione dei container per il trasporto aereo, il Gruppo time:matters, specializzato in spedizioni urgenti, la filiale Heyworld, specializzata in soluzioni su misura per il settore dell'e-commerce, CB Customs Broker, specialista in dogane e sdoganamenti, e la partecipazione del 50% del Gruppo Lufthansa nella compagnia aerea cargo AeroLogic. Il segmento MRO, rappresentato dal gruppo Lufthansa Technik, è un fornitore globale di servizi di manutenzione, riparazione e revisione per aerei civili e commerciali. Il segmento Catering comprende il catering tradizionale e la vendita al dettaglio a bordo, oltre alle attività di commercio alimentare.
