La Hershey Company è specializzata nella produzione e nella vendita di prodotti a base di cioccolato e caramelle. Il gruppo è attivo nella produzione e nella vendita di snack, bevande, prodotti per guarnire e cucinare, gomme da masticare, ecc. Il fatturato netto è ripartito per famiglia di prodotti come segue:
- prodotti a base di cioccolato e dolciumi (81,4%): Hershey, Reese, Kisses, Jolly Rancher, Almond Joy, Brookside, barkTHINS, Cadbury, Good & Plenty, Heath, Kit Kat®, Payday, Rolo®, Twizzlers, Whoppers, York e altri marchi;
- snack (10,1%): SkinnyPop, Pirate's Booty, Dot's Homestyle Pretzels e altri marchi.
Il restante fatturato netto (8,5%) proviene dalle attività internazionali.
Alla fine del 2024, il gruppo dispone di 13 siti produttivi negli Stati Uniti (10), in Messico (2) e in Malesia.
