UNIEURO S.P.A.: PUBBLICATA LA DOCUMENTAZIONE RELATIVA

ALL'ASSEMBLEA DEGLI AZIONISTI DEL 17 DICEMBRE 2020

Forlì, 16 novembre 2020 - Unieuro S.p.A. ("Unieuro" o la "Società "), il leader nella distribuzione di elettronica di consumo ed elettrodomestici in Italia, rende noto che in data odierna è stato pubblicato l'Avviso di Convocazione dell'Assemblea Ordinaria e Straordinaria degli Azionisti che si terrà in data 17 dicembre 2020, unitamente alle Relazioni Illustrative del Consiglio di Amministrazione sui punti all'ordine del giorno della predetta Assemblea.

Contestualmente, la Società ha messo a disposizione del pubblico la Relazione sulla Politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti, contenente la Politica di Remunerazione integrata e modificata come illustrato nella Relazione Illustrativa del Consiglio di Amministrazione riguardante il relativo punto all'ordine del giorno, nonché il Documento Informativo relativo al piano di incentivazione azionaria denominato "Piano Performance Share 2020 - 2025", redatto ai sensi dell'articolo 114-bis del D. Lgs. 58/98 e dell'articolo 84-bis, comma 1, del Regolamento adottato dalla Consob con Delibera n. 11971 del 14 maggio 1999, e successive modifiche.

MEETING OF 17 DECEMBER 2020 PUBLISHED

Forlì, 16 November 2020 -Unieuro S.p.A. ("Unieuro" or "the Company"), the Italian leader in the retail market of consumer electronics and household appliances, informs that the Notice of Call of the ordinary and extraordinary Shareholder's Meeting, to be held on 17 December 2020, as well as the Explanatory Reports by the Board of Directors concerning the topics on the agenda have been published today.

In addition, it is highlighted that the following documents were made available to the public: the Report on the Remuneration Policy and remuneration paid, containing the integrated and amended Remuneration Policy as illustrated in the Explanatory Report of the Board of Directors concerning the relevant item on the agenda; the Information Document relating to the share incentive plan called "Performance Share Plan 2020 - 2025" drawn up pursuant to Article 114-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/98 and Article 84-bis, paragraph 1, of the Regulation adopted by Consob with Resolution no. 11971 of 14 May 1999, as amended.
