Mohamed Zaghloul

Mohamed Samy Saad Zaghloul is currently the Non-Executive Chairman at Orascom Development Egypt SAE.
He previously held positions as the Executive Director at The African Development Bank, Director at Telecom Egypt, Director & Chief Technical Officer at The Egyptian Co. For Internet & Digital Infrastructure SAE, Director at Social Fund for Development, Director at National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, and Secretary General at the Government of Egypt.
He holds a doctorate degree from Harvard University, a graduate degree from the University of Cairo, and a graduate degree from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
