del D. Lgs. 30 dicembre 2016, n. 254, nonché la Relazione sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari art. 123-
del D.Lgs. 58/1998 e la Relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti ex art. 123-ter

del D.Lgs. 58/1998 sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale della Società in Venezia-Mestre, Via Terraglio
